Of the over 100 golf courses along the Grand Strand, very few offer
memberships. Thistle’s membership program represents a unique
opportunity to be an integral part of a golf club and enjoy the special
privileges extended exclusively to members, including unlimited access
to the practice facilities, special members golf and social events,
private dining privileges, locker rooms and a daily “members” course to
assure there is never a wait for a tee time. Club Membership is available
with each homesite, providing resident families an opportunity to enjoy
one of the Grand Strand’s premier courses, clubhouses and practice
facilities. Non-resident memberships will be available by invitation.
Thistle Club Membership fees are fully refundable.
At a later date, equity memberships will be
available providing the members with the
opportunity to control the daily management of
club activities as well as the destiny of the club.
When 60% of the Membership has been
achieved, Thistle’s owner/developer will turn the
club over to the Membership. The balance of the
memberships available will become the property
and responsibility of the Membership. For
